I want to empty the pee trap in the drain. I have a double stainless steel sink. I am trying to turn the drainage plug but it wont turn. Its plastic and is at the bottom of the U. Do I turn clockwise or counter clockwise.

A drainage plug in the P-Trap? That is a new one for me. I have never seen one of those.
If you really want it cleaned out, loosen the wing nuts at each end of the trap and remove the whole trap, noting its orientation. Clean it out (in a different sink) and put it back on the same way.
